THAI MENU
Thai Stir-Fried Vegetable
Heat two tablespoons oil in wok on high heat,
add garlic until it changes color, add harder greens
and stir-fry for two minutes, add leafy greens and stir fry
for another minute, add all other ingredients and stir fry
for 30 seconds. Serve with hot jasmine rice...enjoy as we do.
If you like chilli - add two diced \'birds eye\' chilli\'s
